Yes. La Michoacana Premium Pilsen caters events with the Ice Cream Truck, the Paleta Cart, party trays and catering, and individual food, drinks and treats. Product selections and pricing are confirmed after our team reviews your event details.
Complete the catering inquiry form with your name, phone, email, how you would like to be contacted, the event date, estimated guest count, what you are interested in, and the event city or ZIP. The team will review your request and contact you to discuss availability, options, and pricing.
We cater to all types of events, including private parties, birthdays, weddings, corporate events, school events, church events, community events, festivals, and more. Submit an inquiry with your event details and our team will review your request.
We recommend submitting your inquiry as soon as you have your basic event details. The sooner, the better, as popular dates can fill up quickly. Availability is based on our existing event schedule, and once a date is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate additional events.
Include the event date, estimated guest count, the event city or ZIP, and what you are interested in — the truck, the paleta cart, party trays, or individual food, drinks and treats. Anything else that helps, such as the venue or your questions, can go in the last box. If you are not sure what you need, choose "Help Me Choose — Send Me the Menus" and we will send you the menus.
Pricing is discussed after our team reviews your event details. Pricing may vary depending on the service selected, number of guests or products needed, event location, travel distance, and other event-specific requirements.
Our catering options include the Ice Cream Truck, the Paleta Cart, party trays and catering, and individual food, drinks and treats:

- Our ice cream truck is driven to your event by a member of our team and serves guests directly at the event.
- Paleta Cart
- Our paleta cart can be delivered and dropped off at your event for your guests to enjoy.
- Party Trays & Catering
- Party trays and charolas for a group — aguas frescas, nieve, fruit, elote, fresas con crema, snacks and drinks, prepared for your event.
- Individual Food, Drinks & Treats
- Individually portioned food, snacks, drinks, fruit, paletas and treats for your guests.
We serve Chicago, the greater Chicago metropolitan area, and suburbs throughout Northwest Indiana. Additional travel charges may apply depending on the distance and location of your event.
Each service has its own minimum:
- Ice Cream Truck
- Minimum of 100 guests.
- Paleta Cart
- Minimum order of 100 paletas, plus a cart fee.
